Trade Rules Definitions

Station Trades: restricts BOTH buy and sell interactions (not just the sell like I originally thought)

Station Supply: only affects wares related to drones, missiles, etc... plays no direct part in the economic aspect of the station.

My solution ended up being that I needed to set the trade rule on each ware in each station and not use a global default since the Station Trades rule applies to both buys and sells.

They really should split that out to two separate rules. But oh well. My stations work as expected now.

Hello.

These station/global rules are proving to be difficult for me to understand.

My goal is to have just my ships supplying my stations so that I'm not buying from any other factions. I thought that by setting the station's trade rule for "Station Supply" to allow only my ships I could accomplish this... seems that does not work.

I've tried several combinations, I've searched around, and as far as I can tell, this should work. I've let each attempt run for a while thinking maybe it did not clear existing reservations but no luck.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
